Everyone was extremely welcoming and kind. Natalie’s massage was fantastic, it really relieved my shoulder and neck pain. She also recommended some stretching exercises to prevent the pain from coming again.
I’ve had two sports massages with Carl and they’ve both been brilliant. The first was a few days before the London marathon - I had pain/tightness in a few places that he got rid of and I ran the marathon pain free! The second was after a few weeks of heavy ish mileage, my body felt a bit broken and I left feeling like my muscles were made of elastic. Up there with the best sports massages I’ve had
