I had never had a lymphatic massage before so I wasn’t sure what to expect but it was such a relaxing experience. I honestly felt more relaxed after it than a normal massage. I think the lighter touch instead of deeper kneading which is trying to get right down to the muscle meant that it was a more gentle and soothing experience.
