If it was Beth who had done it, it probably would of been good like last time but it was changed last minute to an apprentice and was still charged full price and the massage we’ll all 12 minutes of it was ok for an apprentice and I haven’t received a reply from my complaint email so don’t really know what to say lol

Love going to Spa Butterfly, the girls are amazing and make you feel welcome, and they look after you . I cannot recommend Spa Butterfly enough. I have been coming here for years and always speak highly to my family and friends so much I always buy gift cards for them. They listen and recommend the best treatments and products for you not sure if there isn’t a treatment I have not tried
