I was greeted on arrival, offered a drink and then taken to a relaxing pre treatment area. Once in the treatment room the treatment was explained to me and I was asked if I had any questions. The treatment itself felt both therapeutic and reformative. Beth seemed very experienced and checked in with me during the treatment. Overall a marvellous treatment.

Disappointing experience. I came for a head spa and my appointment was 11:30am. I was only taken into my appointment at 11:40am and we started at 11:45am. Bearing in mind, the treatment stated on booking says it should be 1hr 15 mins long and at a cost of £50. My treatment finished at 12:30. I was cut short by 30 minutes. I spoke to the manager on the phone about my issues and she said she would get back to me and never did. Not happy and unfortunately wouldn’t recommend.
