Lovely spa, staff didn’t apologise for being late and behind schedule even though I was sat, without being spoken to, for 15 mins. Good treatment though and nice place!

This was my first visit to Spa Butterfly and it was such a lovely experience. Rebecca made me feel very welcome and she was friendly and professional. I booked a lash tint and lift and I'm amazed by the results! My lashes look longer fuller and there's no need for me to curl them or put mascara on. So fluttery. I didn't expect to be so pampered, I loved the heated table and the head massage in between my treatment. Felt very relaxed afterwards.
