Lovely staff and place- 3 booked for treatments as a special birthday for sister in law birthday. Unfortunately only 2 therapist working so one of us had to wait over an hour whilst other two had treatments. Would been better if all 3 had treatments at same time or offered drink and magazines to occupy the hour.

The warm facial was amazing and combined with the scalp and neck massage, it made me feel very relaxed and eased away the tension. Katie is excellent at massage and I thoroughly recommend her and this warm facial treatment.
