I was a little disappointed with the length of the massage. It was meant to be a 1 hour 15 treatment, by the time it started it was 45 minutes maximum. The massage itself was lovely but the facial I felt was a bit pointless as I had make up on and my make up wasn’t removed before hand so cream on top of make up isn’t great. I wasn’t asked to fill out any forms on arrival which I have always had to do before any treatment wherever I’ve been- I thought this was general health and safety
