I arrived at the venue to an apology as the beautician was running late, this was no issue as I was a little early. I was offered refreshments and magazines whilst I waited. The atmosphere was lovely and the staff was all friendly and looked happy to be there. My treatment was to the time given which was perfect. Throughout my treatment I was chatted to and rather than just basic general questions asked the beautician spoke about herself and was interested in me. I felt relaxed and comfortable. I highly recommend butterfly spa and I have booked future treatments.
