I was given a voucher for my birthday and chose a deep tissue massage as I was locked up in the neck and underneath my shoulder blades due to sitting at a computer for hours each day.
I had a short consultation with Jessica about where the pain was and the amount of pressure I would need and then she started the massage. It was painful but I could feel the knots releasing and half an hr later I had full movement in my neck.
I highly recommend this treatment, I am booked in once a month now!
