What a fabulous session with Jen, had a bad fall on holiday & she told me exactly what damage I had done, unlike my doctor!! 😡 Gave me great advice and exercises to do & the massage I got was absolutely first class, yes felt it big time but 100%, no pain no gain. Such a good sesh I’ve booked another two already and can’t wait till my next this Monday. 10 out of 10. 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻
