I think the venue and the price was good and competitive, the therapist was very nice and chatty and good at making you feel at ease, but my problem was the lack of thoroughness of the job. I’m normally not one to complain, I’m also very easy when it comes to waxing but I think the lack of attention to detail really was disappointing. Had several stray hairs that were not pulled out so the overall result was not as good as I thought it would be.
