I had eyebrow and upper lip waxing and was burnt! I had a visible burn above my eye and blisters on my upper lip that left marks! When I went back to let the salon know that I was burnt and they should be careful about wax temperature on face - the supervisor was only concerned about other clients overheating ...

Unles you have Joanna or Bianca as your manicurist, you can guarantee your manicure will look terrible. The second coat is painted on poorly and visible as a second coat. I could have done the shape better by myself. Overall twice it has been disappointing. They are usually running late so there was no point complaining as I had to run back to work.
Place is very clean and Joanna and Bianca are amazing at what they do.
