Really handy venue, right next to Victoria Station with good availability. Waxing overall was fine - bikini and underarms were painless and really good result. Had my legs done by a different beautician and overall result was more patchy and more painful. Would go back but more for the location and availability rather than the quality and ambience.

The massage was not bad, but the salon is very basic and in areas not very clean. Towels were old and dirty, no spa(relaxation) music in the room, got very cold during the massage as well, however the masseuse was not bad so over all 3 stars.

I have been here a few times and not only a stone throw from Victoria station it’s deeply efficient and friendly. The staff make you feel at ease and what started from my first place to go is now the only place I’d go
