Was quite slow and not particularly thorough. The room was quite dusty and the walls scuffed and dirty. The therapist was also sniffing the whole way through treatment and wiping her nose with her hand and not washing it before resuming treatment.

I usually have someone else doing my nails,And she does it really good. This time I had someone new and my shape of my nails wasn’t nice at all. There are also bubbles on some of my nails as there is to much gelish on it. It doesn’t look professionally done at all...

Person who did the waxing was supposed to be senior but left the room during the treatment with her gloves on and didn’t change them when she came back to the room. Not very hygenic and professional
