it was ok but not brilliant. It did not take 45 minutes. The lady was really nice to talk however i am not sure whether she did a good pedicure

My manicurist was chatty and friendly. She did a great job on my nails (especially cleaning up my dry cuticles). Would definitely go back if I lived nearby!! Only reason not to give the full 5 stars is that she was running 5-10mins late.

The therapist was excellent and very considerate. It was my first ever Hollywood and she explained everything clearly including aftercare and the procedure. Overall a very positive experience, welcoming and friendly. I will definitely be back.
As my daughter said below, we waited for this other colleague to arrive so that we could have our nails done at the same time. Not sure what that was about but this colleague never arrived, so we waited 45 to have our nails done one after another. After all the wait my nails came out quite badly, they looked pitted, and smudged, the nail gel was applied very haphazardly, the final look was messy. I returned to the salon to make a complaint the following week and was treated by a different nail technician. She was very friendly and did a much better job. I am grateful that they redid my nails, but I am still disappointed by the 1st application.
I arrived with my mum on time, but the nail technician said that she was waiting for her colleague who would be arriving in half an hour, and if we waited for her to arrive that we would be able to have our nails done at the same time. We waited for half an hour while the nail technician treated another customer, then after about 45 minutes the nail technician started my nails, no sign of any other colleague, the same technician did us one after another. She was nice, but I was not happy with the way my nails turned out, the wear very rushed, had smudges, they didn't last very long, and the technician left cotton wool stuck to my nail!
