I booked a pedicure and because the time was double booked my booking was automatically changed to a time slot I couldn't do. I had to email and email and phone to cancel the booking. I am still not sure if i have been charged and I used a discount code to book it so now I have lost that. Having said that I have had the pedicure here before and it was v good. It would be good if the company had a tel no to call re bookings at short notice.

The service offered by Zefney was very good and she was accommodating, as I asked for an additional service although I hadn't booked in advance. Definitely recommend. The place could do with updating but it is ok.
