This was my first Brazilian Wax, in fact my first ever wax anywhere! Everyone warned me how painful it would be. Clara was extremely down to earth, really sympathetic to the little bit of pain you do experience, she was friendly and very talkative to take your mind off it. I didn't exfoliate beforehand as it was a last minute decision to get it done and it came out perfectly. No unwanted strays, no rashes, no soreness (only for about an hour afterwards!) overall a very good experience at a reasonable price. The venue is clean a comfortable and the staff are not judgemental or snobby.
