The wax was below average, it wasn't very thorough at all for a Brazilian - where it's supposed to be all gone bar the strip. The beautician didn't leave the room while I undressed, which didn't feel very professional. I wouldn't go back.

The venue is nice and clean and the staff are polite and welcoming. My treatment, however, was only half done. I received a pedicure but no foot and calf massage as it stated in the treatment description. I feel as though the staff had not understood exactly the treatment I had paid for.
