The lady I normally see was away so I had someone else do my wax. She was lovely but when I left I noticed that quite a lot of my hair hadn't been removed and others not removed properly. I would prefer it if the salon did tell me that I was going to be seen by someone else. I personally think £37 is quite a lot for a wax so I would appreciate it if it's done properly.
