When booking I didn't realise that I would not have my appointment with Clara (it just said the appointment would be with the next available beautician). Sadly, the beautician I had wasn't as good as Clara - it was still a fine wax and the beautician was very professional and nice but it felt a bit more rushed, a few hairs were missed and it was more painful than usual. I'll definitely return to the salon but in future I'll only be booking appointments with Clara.

The venue was lovely. The therapist was so gentle n made the experience.. A good one. Lovely conversation, gentle n very thorough. Would highly recommend!
