Really disappointed with my second visit to this salon. The (new) therapist seemed very unhappy and the treatment was painful. Left with an unfinished job, I would say the only good thing about this experience was that I could get an appointment at short notice. It's a shame the previous therapist has left as she was lovely and the treatment was great. Very unlikely to return.
