The therapist, Iram was lovely and professional which made up for a couple of negatives : my appointment had been brought forward under an email notice the day before, which I only noticed half an hour before the new time and for some reason, they had a note of back waxing instead of lip and chin. Also, I asked the top of the bikini to be done and was told that this was part of the thong waxing, not bikini, which makes no sense...!!! The room is pretty small.
