I have been coming here for two years and this was the worst experience I have had. It seems my normal therapist has left or moved to another salon. The therapist seemed inexperienced and in a rush she was snagging hairs as she applied the wax. It was a painful experience (significantly more so than usual) I paid for a hot wax (more expensive) and she seemed to prefer to use strip wax which I hate as I get ingrown hairs. It's not even been a week and I've already got significant regrowth. The therapist hurried through the treatment and double dipped the entire time. Don't waste your money! Not worth the experience.
