Irim was very friendly and professional. Had a quick and painless hollywood wax as well as full leg and underarm as part of the Smoothie package. The room is small and well-lit and always has some nice music playing. I like that I got a glass of water and some wipes in case I need them before the session begins. Would definitely go again.
