Good venue with space and was clean. Lovely therapist- very relaxed and chatty with good advice. The reason why I gave 4 stars is because I had to tell the therapist that it was not completely finished a few times. Also ordered hot wax, but she finished the job with strip wax- something I specifically did not pay for.

As the treatment was carried out, I began to notice that the same wax spatulas were being double dipped into the wax pot. At the end the final wax spatula was left resting across the top of the pot, with the partially used wax left over on the spatula dripping back into the pot. This is extremely unhygienic and can lead to infections being passed from client to client. A new spatula should be used after every time one has come into contact with someone's skin! I had been to this venue many times before and had previously rated it highly. However this experience has completely put me off and I will never be going back, as clearly staff haven't been properly trained in hygiene practices. This review actually relates to my appointment on 25th February, for the venue's information.
