Generally I was satisfied with my experience: the venue was clean and the beautician was friendly. The price was a bit more than I usually spend, but I was given a reward card which I can use to work towards discounts. The treatment was very quick, the wax took 10 minutes when the slot was 20 minutes long. This did make it seem quite rushed, however I was satisfied with the quality of the treatment and would recommend.
