Service etc was fine, but as others have said, something was a bit "off" with the waxing. I have thick dark red welts covering the entire area (not ingrown hairs, but like chapped sore raised skin) 5 days after the treatment, despite applying hydrocortisone cream 2x a day and gently exfoliating. I have never had this problem before, and am pretty miffed as I go on holiday tomorrow.
