I can't remember the lady who done my treatments name but she was lovely! Made me feel as relaxed as you can be for a waxing and got the job done verywell and quickly - hopefully I will see her again at next booking.

The lady who did the treatment was very nice but the wax was a mixture of hot and strip (more strip than hot) which I find a lot more painful than purely hot. I had also booked hot which was £10 more expensive as well. My skin is still sore 2 days later and not all the hair was removed. I had waited 6 weeks between waxes and I only ever wax so I am an experienced customer. However, I've definitely had worse, it just wasn't worth £35.

Salon is nice and booking was easy. The beautician was friendly but I wasn't that impressed with the waxing. I was left with little patches of hair not removed and a patch of skin was very red and sore from the hot wax.
