I booked my appointment at Appuru for waxing and I arrived there and the place was closed. There was another girl waiting outside too who had the appt. at the same time for eyelashes. This girl went ahead first and I was asked by Michael by phone to go to another beauty salon (where the staff was lovely at wilton road). It was very inconvenient and I was told by Michael I would receive a credit for another time, but nothing was sent to me.
