The salon texted me 2 hours before my treatment to tell me the location had changed. It was only +5 minutes, but added 10 minutes to the time I planned to be away. Not a huge deal, but I had booked the appt weeks in advance.
The Pimlico salon is ground floor with lots of light and the nail station is pleasant. I wasn't very happy with the results of the treatment though. It took ages to remove my previous gel and the finished mani was blotchy and didn't have enough coats to look professional. The manicurist was super nice, but she was only there as a temp and it seems like the salon doesn't have much of its own personality. Not sure if the mediocre mani was due to the polish, equipment, or technique. Maybe you'll have better luck.
