Lovely beautician, great service.
Only down side was that I wasn’t informed beforehand that the card payment wasn’t working so had to go to a cash machine and come back afterwards.

I was sent to a different location, which I believe is new and in the works. I'm from California, so a "spa pedicure" is in a designated spa chair meant for pedis. This one was just a bowl of warm water. Maybe this is a London thing? Regardless, the manicurist did a thorough job. I wish the owners would allow her to use a blade for calluses (also something that is standard in LA). I did think the lip wax was very thorough. The place is clean save for the the nail clippings and such getting tossed on the floor (and onto my shoes). I can't say this was the best experience I've had via Treatwell but my toes do look nice and the color is staying.
