Very good & not very painful which is what you want from a hot wax

I originally booked a threading appointment, but was told I could only have waxing. This is also not the first time that has happened, but the results were generally ok. However this time, I left with burnt marks on both my eyebrows, which are taking days to disappear. They are painful and clear visible. I will not be returning.
