My appointment was at 3PM and at 11AM I received a message to say the salon was being refurbished but they could accommodate me at their other salon nearby however threading was not available so I agreed to waxing. Staff were lovely and very apologetic. After the initial disappointment and my experience was very good.

Not a great first experience. They changed the venue of the salon and charged me £10 more than quoted on Treatwell.When I told / shows receptionist, she didn’t care so I had to take it up with Treatwell. Manicure lady was lovely and did a great job though.
