I’ve marked low because the salon is still being refurbished so a bit messy, not too clean, cold & a bit noisy.
I booked for a 45 minute massage. Eva did this but I’m afraid to say it was simply rubbing my back & shoulders. I did ask her to concentrate on my back, neck & shoulders but did expect a massage to relieve some stress knots not a rub and I came out the same as I went in! The session lasted for 30 minutes. When I told her I’d booked for 45 minutes and offered to show her my confirmation email she said ‘No. This is a 30 minute massage!’ Luckily the Receptionist charged me for 30 minutes. I’m very glad I hadn’t paid beforehand.
The other staff I spoke to in the Salon particularly the CEOs PA were lovely. I will use this salon again if I get a voucher/discount but have a more experienced member of staff to do my treatment.

I have to say this wasn't the best experience, the technician moaned that the existing polish was too difficult to take off, didn't like the shape of my nails and took an hour to do what should be a 40 min treatment according to the booking. I wouldn't return.

I think the service was very average. I would have expected them to cut my nails, wash my hands after the removal and at least put some clear nail vanish but that wasn’t the case. However staff was nice and I felt welcomed.
