They were clearly still setting up the place which ruined the ambience & one of the other staff members had to borrow tools a couple of times, which wouldn’t have been an issue except I was having a Hollywood so felt rather exposed.
Suspect it was just teething problems due to the newness of the store & think this is not normal behaviour
