Appointment was late but quick overall. I asked for hot wax but they tidied with strip wax, overall not too bad but it's been better here before.

Maria was fantastic. Friday, fast but not rushed, and it hardly hurt. I will certainly be returning. The reception staff were also very friendly and helpful.
