Really happy with my manicure and Joanna is lovely, would definitely recommend that others go to her if they want lovely looking nails!

No one was wearing masks. There was a lady sitting in my seat seconds before I was asked to take that exact spot without disinfecting or changing the towels. Did not feel safe in a Covid-world

Whilst the facialist was perfectly pleasant and polite - the venue itself was shocking. In several rooms (treatment and bathroom) there was wallpaper peeling off the walls, rising damp issues which could be smelt throughout, a toilet without paper flushing facilities . The massage table itself was not hygienically set up for Covid-safe treatments. As you can imagine, the unhygienic setting made it difficult to enjoy the experience and I hadnt pre-paid for the treatment I would have cancelled.
