Friendly, professional staff and a very good service, but the rooms were desperately cramped and the background music appalling to my ears-a constant noisy din that was certainly not restful. Why can’t you do what Apple do, and give customers a choice of what style of music they would like, and then play from that playlist in each room? Silence would be better, and I have no idea how the staff cope in those rooms. Given these are relocated facilities, no marks at all for them. And the WC is still being decorated. Well done to the staff for persevering in the circumstances.
