At best this was bad. At worst horrendous. The lady was 15 minutes late for the appointment having arrived back from lunch whilst I was waiting. This meant it was rushed. She slapped all wax ALL over and ripped it all off at once. The most painful wax I have ever had. Usually this is done in sections with care. Worst of all I am patchy and badly finished. Only upside was that it only lasted 5 minutes. But this was because of the approach. The venue is mid works and there is dust and paint everywhere - I am frankly shocked it is even allowed to be open.

Painful and messy and it was just normal leg wax. The lady didn’t seem to know what she was doing and missed big patches which I only noticed later. Highly disappointed and don’t understand how this venue can be so well rated!
