Poor. I paid for a hot wax and got a strip wax, I’m now extremely sore, and a really bad rash, it wasn’t the therapists fault as she was only given one wax type. I’d like a full refund in all honesty

Joana made my nails look amazing and she was very happy to explain everything she did and advised me on the best option for healthy nails. Highly recommend this salon, staff were great and extremely helpful.
