I am absolutely shocked! This was to most terrible treatment I've ever had. First at all, I did not get the beautician I asked for. The one doing my treatment didn't even introduce herself and just put the cream on my face without even telling me that the treatment is about to start. There was no music and she almost broke my earrings when she put on the headband. When she wanted to remove the excessive cream she pressed the towel down my face so I couldn't breath. I complaint to her and advised her to be more gentle. The steam was super hot and almost burned my face I had to advise her twice that it is too hot. She put it away a bit instead of adjusting the temperature which caued the steam to only go over half of my face. While I was having the mask on for 20min she came to check on me sometimes but was on the phone so there was constantly noise when she received a new text message. After the treatment I was so exhausted and felt weird complaining in front of her at the reception therefore I tried to call the salon when I was home but it was already closed. I would like a manager to contact me regarding this experience.
