it was my first time visiting the salon and I was highly unsatisfied with the results of my wax. The lady was very lovely but very timid and nervous which was reflected in the results. She had to ask me to check if I was satisfied and I told her multiple times that there were still hairs that I could see. It felt like she didn't really know what she was doing and the hairs that I could still see remained there, despite multiple efforts to locate them (they were visible). After a while I told her it was fine because it had been going on for too long and she clearly couldn't see where I was pointing to. That evening I could still see hairs that should have been removed. I emailed to send this complaint and had no response which reflects even worse on the salon's name. Very disappointed and I want my money back.
