I usually see Joanne but saw someone different this time. My manicure is ok but the gel is a bit lumpy. I don’t think it will last the usual 3 weeks. I didn’t complain as I believe it’s just a different technique so she wouldn’t be able to fix it. When I go back I will make sure I see Joanne.

First time at the salon and the therapist, I think her name was Vale, was thorough, quick and made the waxing as pain free as waxing can be. I will definitely be back.
