The staff are extremely friendly and I did my eyebrows and I was very happy with the results. People tend to always mess up my brows but they were attentive and gave me advice to help achieve the look I want.

I've never had a manicure where the cuticles are not softened/moisturised in some way before being pushed back. It was quite painful, so I'd like to see that step added next time. My nails look great though!
