I will not be recommending or returning to this salon again. I have been left with large burns/sores across both of my legs clearly from lack of pre-wax preparation or too hot wax, which is painful and visually unpleasant (especially whilst on summer holiday). A large portion of my calf has also not been touched. I’ve been waxing for 13 years and have never encountered this in my time. I will be seeking a refund and compensation for this.
