This is my second time here. My experience was really good however this time time round I had noticed after I’d left that in two fingers there was some bleeding where my therapist had pushed back cuticles too aggressively. Unfortunately wasn’t as good as my first experience .

Unfortunately I did not have the best experience with the waxing itself, although my experience overall was okish.
My waxing was not great and there were a few bits that were not done properly.
I was contacted by the team the day after and told that my beautician was on a trial and asked about my experience.
I may consider to return as they informed that next time they will ensure I see a more senior beautician.
