Normally I am very happy with the mani/pedi service here. But this time was just disappointing. The therapist was a trainee, which no one mentioned before the appointment. She was super nice but the results wasn't as sleek and beautiful as usual, and she really hurt my toe when filing (even after I asked her to clip not file.) Also, another therapist was standing over us, inspecting her work, which was really uncomfortable esp. given I didn't know she was a trainee!
