I called asking for a specific therapist. They guarantee that she was going to be working. I booked and then she wasn’t there that day. I didn’t appreciate this.

My nails chipped the first night which is unheard of for shellac. I think maybe it didn't set long enough because I've never experienced it before. The girls were so lovely so I'm disappointed because I would love to come back but this was just not really acceptable

Really disappointed with the shellac manicure from Diana. It was blotchy and started to peel in a week. The appointment also took 1 hour and 20 minutes which is insane for a manicure. I had originally booked with Joana who is wonderful but they changed my booking without telling me. Not happy.
