I had a technician who had just started that day, so although she was lovely things didn't go brilliantly, and that was partly due having had a terrible manicure at Belle Cour. They had given me an SNS, which I wasn't aware of and it took Sole Beauty a long time to remove it. It was great being in an English speaking salon. I felt well taken care of and have since been back......

I had a bit of a mixed experience. The appointment started 15 minutes late - which was irritating as it delayed my arrival to my next appointment (for a pedicure).
However the salon did switch aroud the therapist so I was not delayed further. In addition Tatchiana provided a swift, efficient service. She was excellent (five stars for her)!
