I had a bit of a mixed experience. The appointment started 15 minutes late - which was irritating as it delayed my arrival to my next appointment (for a pedicure). However the salon did switch aroud the therapist so I was not delayed further. In addition Tatchiana provided a swift, efficient service. She was excellent (five stars for her)!
