The place, location were great, the staff very kind. The only issue, and it was a big one was with the wax. Indeed, the beautician seemed to struggle with whole process. The waxing was definitely not smooth, and wax was dropped onto me (by mistake which can happen to anyone but these things just accumulated). Finally, upon arrival I asked if my eyebrows could be done as well, which left me with bruising on the left side of my face. I am still confused as to how this has happened as I have been waxing them for the past 10 years and nothing like that had ever happened...
